Shipping & payment
The shipping and payment information differs between orders of up to EUR 990.00 and orders from EUR 1,000.00.
For an order value of up to EUR 990.00:
Delivery:
- Minimum order value: EUR 10.00
- Print@Home or postal delivery
- Print@Home:- Voucher sent by email to be exchanged for physical Zehner vouchers at the customer service point of the respective center
- Postal delivery:- Delivery only to addresses within Austria
- Costs of shipping and insurance: EUR 3.65 (for an order value of up to EUR 300.00) i.e. EUR 5.00 (for an order value from EUR 300.00)
- Shipping takes place as an insured letter (max. insurance amount EUR 990.00)
Payment:
- Instant bank transfer or credit card
From an order value of EUR 1,000.00:
Delivery:
- Pick-up only possible from the respective shopping center (prior arrangement by telephone is recommended)
Payment:
- Transfer or payment upon pick-up in person
