If you have any questions, our visitor service on the ground floor is available during the opening hours. Here you can buy lottery tickets, oetickets, the “Zehner” (lit. “Tenner”) shopping voucher and much more.

A lot of facilities and services wait for you in the VARENA to make your visit even more pleasant.

Familyfriendly

Worry-free shopping experience thanks to professional childcare at LOLLIPOP VARENA located at the first floor.

The shopping cars are currently not available.

100 family parking spaces are available on P-1, P-2 and the parking deck.

Free diapers and wipes are available at the visitor service.

Folding armchairs in women’s and men’s toilets.

The buggy rental at the visitor service is located at the ground floor. Also for twins. Only possible during centre opening hours.

A changing table is located on the ground floor (yellow toilet) and on the first floor (green toilet).

The children’s toilets at VARENA are located on the ground floor and on the first floor.

Free rental of twin shopping trolleys at the visitor service on the ground floor.

The breastfeeding areas are next to the ladies toilet (yellow) on the ground floor and the ladies toilet (green) on the first floor.

Visitor service

You can get information at the visitor service on the ground floor. Issuing and sale of Zehner gift vouchers.

Power bank rental at the visitor service on the ground floor.

Lottery sales point at the visitor service on the ground floor.

On Apple Monday, there are free apples for visitors at the visitor service on the ground floor.

The sales point for ZEHNER vouchers is located in the ground floor. Also available online.

The electric cigarette machine is located on P-1 at the INTERSPAR moving walkway.

2 ATMs and a self-service bank are located on the ground floor and 1 ATM on the upper floor.

VARENA can be reached on foot and by bike via paved, wheelchair & pushchair-friendly footpaths and bike paths.

In our parking garage, your car is protected against bad weather and hail, even outside of opening hours.

100 parking spaces in P-2 and on the front parking deck.

Lines 2 and 3 stop right in front of the VARENA (exit P-2).

Energy charging station for cars on P-2. It currently offers you ten charging stations with an output of 11 kW and two with 22 kW at.

Taxi rank in front of the VARENA (Interspar entrance).

The Bike Self-Service Terminal on P-2 provides an air pump and various tools for a quick repair of your bicycle.

Hygienic & healthy

Permanent cleaning throughout the center.

Up to 100% fresh air supply throughout the entire centre.

Upon presenting the card you find in the ladies’ restrooms, you can receive either a free tampon or pad at the VARENA visitor service.

The VARENA map app allows you to discover digital contents on the map.

The book exchange station is located upstairs near our Lollipop.
Borrow or exchange books, free reading, donate old books.

In front of the INTERSPAR and Kastner & Öhler entrances, you’ll find heated smoking areas.

Throughout the entire area of VARENA free WiFi is available for customers for the duration of their stay.

Our Enzi Relax chairs in front of the entrances offer you a chance to relax in the sun.
